It’s a Trick Bike

You might have seen Dylan Hurst and his crew riding around LA, but it’s only when you see what Dylan can do on his bike that you realize he’s not just another cyclist. Known as "Fish and Chips," Dylan is a master of fixed-gear trick cycling, a sport that has exploded in popularity and is quickly gaining the same cultural prominence skateboarding did in the 70s. Though it’s an expensive sport, with kids asking their parents for new bikes every Christmas, it’s growing rapidly with new tricks and stunts being invented every day. While professional events and sponsorships are helping push the sport into the spotlight, for Dylan, it’s all about having fun, riding the streets of LA with friends, and respecting the talents of fellow riders. Despite the crazy traffic, Dylan feels right at home in the city, where he can constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible on two wheels.
